Our ingredients

We use high quality organic King Arthur flour as well as locally milled Organic Whole Wheat, Rye, Spelt, and Rolled Oats from Small Valley Milling in Halifax, PA. We source the bulk of our ingredients from local farms and specialty shops. We bake with organic seasonal ingredients as much as possible in an effort to keep our breads connected to our rich agricultural community.
